Every time you shop with us online, you earn points towards money off your next order.
How you earn points
- 5 points for every £1 you spend. Each point is worth 1p, so that’s 5p back for every £1.
- 50 points for every review you leave on a product you’ve bought from us.
For example, a £40 order earns 200 points, worth £2 off a future order.
How you spend points
- Log in and go to My Account > Points & Rewards.
- Convert your points into a discount coupon.
- Your coupon is saved on that page. Use it at checkout on your next order.
If your payment doesn’t go through when you use a coupon, don’t worry: the coupon is still saved on your Points & Rewards page, ready to use again.
Terms and conditions
- Points are added to your account once your order has been dispatched. You’ll need an account to collect points, so make sure you’re logged in when you order.
- Points are only earned on products purchased, not on delivery charges.
- Points earned in-store can not be transferred to your online account and vice versa, points earned using your online account cannot be used in-store.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
