Ordering and delivery
How much is delivery? UK delivery is £3.95 by Royal Mail Tracked 24, and free on orders of £30 or more. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is £5.99 by AnPost and free for orders of £50 or more. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
How long will my order take to arrive? In the UK, Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day to most postcodes, though it can take up to 3-5 working days at busy times. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland usually take 2 to 3 working days, but can take up to a week. Orders placed before 3pm on Monday – Friday are sent the same day.
Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland? Yes. We send orders directly from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland. Royal Mail hands your parcel to AnPost for delivery. There are no customs or import fees to pay.
How do I track my order? We’ll email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Use the link in that email to follow your parcel, including after it’s handed to An Post for Irish deliveries.
My parcel hasn’t arrived. What should I do? First check the tracking link in your dispatch email. If it hasn’t arrived within 5 working days (UK) or 7 working days (Republic of Ireland), contact us with your order number and we’ll chase it with Royal Mail. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or give you a refund.
Can I collect my order from a shop? Yes, from our Cookstown shop (12 Molesworth Street, BT80 8NX). Choose Click & Collect at checkout. The stock shown on our website is the stock in our Cookstown shop. We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order number and photo ID.
How can I pay? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Onelink. Payments are processed by Stripe and our checkout is fully secure.
Age verification
Why do you check my age? By law we can only sell vaping and nicotine products to adults aged 18 or over. When you place an order, our partner Age Checked Ltd checks your name, date of birth and billing address against official records such as the electoral register. Find out more about age verification.
What happens if the check fails? We’ll email you and ask for a photo of your ID. Your order is held until you’re verified. If we can’t verify your age, we’ll cancel the order and refund you in full. The automatic check often fails if you use a nickname, have moved house recently, or have recently changed your name.
Do I need to verify my age every time? No. Once you’ve been verified, your account is marked as age verified and future orders go straight through.
Products
Are electronic cigarettes healthier than smoking real cigarettes? Public Health England says vaping is 95% safer than smoking. Tobacco cigarettes contain more than 4000 chemicals, including carbon monoxide and tar, e-cigarettes only contain nicotine, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerine and flavour additives.
What are the ingredients in e-liquid? E-liquid or elqd as we like to call it, only contains nicotine, vegetable glycerine, propylene glycol and flavour extracts.
What’s the smoke that I exhale? There’s a common misconception that the ‘smoke’ released from an e-cigarette user’s mouth is the same as the smoke from a tobacco cigarette, in fact the ‘smoke’ is actually vapour, created by the e-cigarette.
What makes the vapour? When you use the e-cigarette the air-flow sensor activates the coil/atomizer inside (powered by the battery), the atomizer then draws e-liquid into it’s chamber while heating it, turning it into vapour.
Does the vapour smell? The vapour is odourless and doesn’t linger around like cigarette smoke. Vapour also has the added benefits of not causing smoker’s breath, or leaving yellow stains on the user’s hands and teeth.
What’s the difference between nicotine salt and freebase e-liquid? Nicotine salt (nic salt) e-liquids feel smoother at higher strengths. They’re usually 5mg, 10mg or 20mg and are made for low-powered pod kits. Freebase e-liquids are the original type of e-liquid. They feel harsher at higher strengths, typically come in 3mg to 18mg, and suit a wider range of devices. Shortfills are larger bottles of freebase e-liquid sold without nicotine, with space to add a nicotine shot.
Which nicotine strength should I choose? The right strength depends on the device you use and how much nicotine you currently use. As a general guide, pod kits are usually used with 10mg or 20mg nic salts, and larger, higher-powered kits with 3mg or 6mg freebase. If you’re not sure, call into one of our shops and our staff will help you choose.
Why do e-liquids only come in 10ml bottles? The law limits nicotine e-liquids to bottles of up to 10ml, tanks to a maximum of 2ml, and nicotine strength to a maximum of 20mg/ml. Larger shortfill bottles are allowed because they contain no nicotine.
Where can I vape? Venues, workplaces and public transport set their own rules on vaping, so always check before you vape. Please be considerate of the people around you.
What do mg per pouch and mg/g mean on nicotine pouches? Mg per pouch is how much nicotine is in each pouch. Mg/g is how much nicotine there is per gram of pouch material. Pouches come in different sizes, so compare mg per pouch with mg per pouch, and mg/g with mg/g.
Prices, offers and loyalty points
Why have e-liquid prices changed? Since 1 October 2026, a new Vaping Products Duty of £2.20 per 10ml (plus VAT) applies to all vaping liquids and products that contain e-liquid sold in the UK, with or without nicotine. Our prices include this duty.
How do your multi-buy offers work? Offers are applied automatically in your basket once you add qualifying items. There’s no code to enter. Look out for the offer details on product pages.
Do you have a loyalty scheme? Yes. You earn 5 points for every £1 you spend, and each point is worth 1p. You can also earn 50 points for reviewing a product you’ve bought. Read how loyalty points work.
Returns and warranty
Can I return something? You can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of e-liquids, pods, coils, nicotine pouches or devices once they’ve been opened, unless they’re faulty. See our full returns policy.
