We deliver across the UK and to the Republic of Ireland, and you can collect from our Cookstown shop.

When will my order be sent?
Orders placed before 3pm on Monday to Friday are sent the same day. Orders placed after that time, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are sent on the next working day. Your order may take a little longer if we need to finish checking your age.
UK delivery
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day to most UK postcodes, but it can take up to 5 working days at busy times such as Christmas. Delivery is £3.95, or free when you spend £30 or more.
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland
We send orders directly from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland. Royal Mail hands your parcel to An Post, who deliver it to you. Delivery is £5.99, or free when you spend £50 or more. There are no customs or import fees to pay when it arrives. Orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 working days, but can take up to a week at busy times.
Tracking your order
We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel all the way to your door, including after it’s handed to An Post for Irish deliveries.
Click & Collect
You can collect your order free of charge from our Cookstown shop at 12 Molesworth Street, Cookstown, BT80 8NX. The stock shown on our website is the stock held in our Cookstown shop. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and photo ID when you collect. Check our opening hours on Google Maps before you visit.
Missing or late parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days (UK) or 7 working days (Republic of Ireland), please contact us with your order number. We’ll chase it with Royal Mail. Royal Mail may need up to 15 working days to investigate before a parcel is confirmed lost. Once it is, we’ll send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the parcel and its contents. We’ll put it right.
Failed deliveries
If Royal Mail can’t deliver your parcel, they’ll leave a card telling you how to collect it or rearrange delivery. Parcels not collected are returned to us. Please contact us and we’ll either send it again (a further delivery charge may apply) or refund you.
