The GEN series from Vaporesso is all about creating the smallest and lightest vapes possible. The GEN 200 mod weighs just 76 grams without batteries, it’s the smallest and lightest dual 18650 mod on the planet! The GEN 200 continues the trend of superior ergonomics with a hand friendly shape paired with the usual texturized rubber coating we’ve become accustomed to with the GEN series devices.
The GEN 200 requires 2x high amp 18650 battery cells and can fire up to 200 watts. The new AXON v2.1 chip is easy to use, accurate and provides more features than ever, including the new F(t) mode for enhanced flavour and cloud production. 1 of the most welcome upgrades to the GEN series is USB-C (yay!) and you won’t have to wait long to go from 0-100% with the on-board 2amp charging. With the GEN 200 you won’t have to worry about a loose 510 connection, the platform is held down by 3 chunky screws for a strong connection.

We at ELQD ECIGS aim to provide the best after-sales support possible for all the products we sell. In June 2021 we decided to provide an industry leading 365 warranty on all kits, tanks and mods.
Sometimes you’ll get a product that just doesn’t work as it’s supposed to and in those cases we try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Below you will find the warranty information for each product type and how to get a replacement.
E-cigarettes are functional devices and may be subjected to excessive usage and charging cycles, therefore we cannot provide warranty on normal wear and tear such as battery degradation. Warranty is provided for manufacturer faults only. Warranty periods apply to items bought individually, as part of a kit or as part of a pack.
Mods with & without built-in batteries
Cover Period: 365 days from date of purchase
Tanks, RDA, RTA & RDTA (excluding atomizer coils)
Cover Period: 365 days from date of purchase
Atomizer Coils & Closed Pods
Cover Period: No warranty
Please note coils and closed pods are a consumable product and as such are not covered under warranty other than if they are DOA (Dead On Arrival).

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
Normal wear and tear such as battery degradation, user error and accidental damage, such as broken screens, USB ports, etc are NOT covered under warranty. Warranty only covers manufacturer faults. Customers are urged to read the instructions before usage. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us for additional help.
WHAT IF THE WARRANTY HAS RUN OUT?
We’ll still try to help you as best we can, some items can be fixed by our team at a small cost. The best thing to do is to contact us about the issue via email or call into 1 of our stores.
OK, I HAVE A FAULTY ITEM, HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT?
If the item you ordered isn’t working as it’s supposed to, send an email to our team ([email protected]) or call in to 1 of our stores. If you can’t visit 1 of our stores you will have to return the item to us. We will need proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order number to verify your purchase and the purchase date.
RETURNS POLICY
For health and safety reasons, ELQD ECIGS can not accept the return of any items that are not faulty, whether purchased in-store or online. Faulty items will be offered a repair, if a repair is unable to be performed an exchange will be offered on a like-for-like basis. If a suitable replacement is not available, store credit will be offered for the amount of the original purchase price. No cash/card refunds will be offered.
