The REDIS & Oxbar RRD Kits are rechargeable disposable devices. They are unique kits in the sense that they are rechargeable but have a built-in coil. What this means essentially is that you fill the kit up with your e-liquid of choice (freebase or salts) and keep using it and recharging it until the coil reaches the end of its life then you get a new 1. There are no buttons on the REDIS or Oxbar RRD, you use it the same as you would a disposable vape, just take a draw to activate it. The REDIS has a built-in 650mAh battery and the Oxbar RRD has a 550mAh battery, they both use the latest USB Type-C for charging. The built-in coil is 0.8ohm on the REDIS and the Oxbar RRD has a 1.0ohm coil, both of which provide great flavour and just the right about of vapour.

Sometimes you’ll get a product that just doesn’t work as it’s supposed to and in those cases we try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Below you will find the warranty information for each product type and how to get a replacement.

E-cigarettes are functional devices and may be subjected to excessive usage and charging cycles, therefore we cannot provide warranty on normal wear and tear such as battery degradation. Warranty is provided for manufacturer faults only. Warranty periods apply to items bought individually, as part of a kit or as part of a pack.

Mods with & without built-in batteries

Cover Period: 365 days from date of purchase

Tanks, RDA, RTA & RDTA (excluding atomizer coils)

Cover Period: 365 days from date of purchase

Atomizer Coils & Closed Pods

Cover Period: No warranty

Please note coils and closed pods are a consumable product and as such are not covered under warranty other than if they are DOA (Dead On Arrival). 

Disposable Bars

Cover Period: No warranty

Please note disposable bars are a consumable product and as such are not covered under warranty other than if they are DOA (Dead On Arrival). 

Battery Cells (18650, 21700, 26650, etc)

Cover Period: 30 days from date of purchase

Please note battery cells are a consumable product and as such are not covered under a standard term warranty. The output is subject to the amount of stress subjected to the cell(s) through charging cycles and power output.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

Normal wear and tear such as battery degradation, user error and accidental damage, such as broken screens, USB ports, etc are NOT covered under warranty. Warranty only covers manufacturer faults. Customers are urged to read the instructions before usage. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us for additional help.

WHAT IF THE WARRANTY HAS RUN OUT?

We’ll still try to help you as best we can, some items can be fixed by our team at a small cost. The best thing to do is to contact us about the issue via email or call into 1 of our stores.

OK, I HAVE A FAULTY ITEM, HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT?

If the item you ordered isn’t working as it’s supposed to, send an email to our team ([email protected]) or call in to 1 of our stores. If you can’t visit 1 of our stores you will have to return the item to us. We will need proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order number to verify your purchase and the purchase date.

RETURNS POLICY

For health and safety reasons, ELQD ECIGS can not accept the return of any items that are not faulty, whether purchased in-store or online. Faulty items will be offered a repair, if a repair is unable to be performed an exchange will be offered on a like-for-like basis. If a suitable replacement is not available, store credit will be offered for the amount of the original purchase price. No cash/card refunds will be offered.
